We do our best to show product colors, sizes and details accurately, but your screen may display colors differently, and we can't guarantee every description is error-free. OrthoClogs are comfort footwear designed to support your feet. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, please talk to a healthcare professional.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices, offers and product availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; we don't store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you confirm it's your own, honest and lawful, and you give us permission to display and share it in connection with our store. We may remove content at our discretion.
